Joe has practical experience in the provision of voluntary employee benefits going back to April 1998. He has a very good understanding of the Scottish NHS pension scheme. Joe recently decided to take advantage of partial retirement, however he still works closely with Grame providing input to NHS GGC’s Pre Fainancial Retirement awareness events.
